EV Charger Jobs
Body Corporate Approval and Installation, Simplified
A strata EV charger request needs a clear paper trail. Miss that, and approval stalls before installation even starts.
We manage the full scope ourselves. Assessment, body corporate documentation, installation, and compliance sign-off, with one fixed price for everything.
We put the price of your strata EV charger installation in writing before starting, so you know the exact cost upfront. Every job is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty afterward.
We service homes across Blacktown and the surrounding suburbs. Find your suburb here.
How We Handle Strata Approval and Installation
It’s easy to assume approval is the hard part and installation is simple. In a strata building, both need to be planned together, not one after the other.
We prepare the sub-metering and load management detail upfront, so the building’s supply is never a mid-job surprise.

0444 822 813Site Visit and Review
We check the car space and shared infrastructure on-site, so what we recommend genuinely fits the building.
This is what makes the fixed price genuinely fixed.
Design and Body Corporate Documentation
This is where the design gets locked in: the cabling route, the sub-metering, and the documentation your body corporate needs.
It means the submission that goes to your body corporate is the one that actually gets built.
Installed, Tested and Certified
Once we’re on-site, the charger goes in, the sub-metering gets fitted, and we test it before certifying the work.
This step is what makes the job compliant, not just complete.
Ongoing Support
After the job’s done, our workmanship warranty and ongoing support don’t stop at installation day.
You know exactly who to call if the charger ever needs attention.

We weren’t sure whether an installer could even work in common property without special approval.
Edward installed a load-management system so several owners could eventually add chargers without overloading the supply.
Finally charging at home in our apartment car space, something we thought wouldn’t be possible.

Thomas handled everything without any fuss, we’ve got charging in our own car space without any strata headaches now.

We worried the strata committee would knock back our request outright.
David liaised directly with our body corporate, explained the requirements, and got sign-off without any back and forth.
Nice to know the supply’s set up so more owners can add chargers later without a big rework.
